2 inchpiece gond katora (tragacanth gum)
1 tablespoonpowdered sugar
1 tablespoonrose syrup
10-12cashews
10-12almonds

Soak gond katira in water for 5 hours. Dip the almonds and cashews in water for 5 hours. Then peel the almonds and cut the almonds and cashews in small pieces.

After 5 hours remove the extra water from gond katira and add rose syrup, powdered sugar in it and mix well.

Garnish with dry fruits and enjoy the healthy and tasty gulabi gond masti.
