Boil potatoes in salt until well done

Mix all purpose flour,salt and a pinch of food color

Add water and mix to form a thick paste(kinda uji like)

Peel potatoes, chop them into desired shape then coat with the flour mix

Deep fry in hot oil

Serve with a dip of your choice
