Ingredients

  1. 2fresh chillies, cut in half
  2. 500-750 graw and peeled prawns
  3. 8-10garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. to tasteGround black pepper
  6. Bunchfresh parsley, finely chopped
  7. 50-100 gbutter
  8. 2-4 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the olive oil and butter in a wok or large frying pan.

  2. 2

    Add the garlic, chillies and prawns to the pan. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until the prawns are cooked through.

  3. 3

    Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Serve with crusty bread.
