I live in Hongkong so i learn how to cook chinese food also, and this is steam egg which is like pudding , very soft, here i put some salty egg , century egg that also known as preserved egg, and spring onion, it is not easy to make it good texture, i tried many times but always failed :( but i never give up to learn , i try again and again in another day untill i got the good one, so i think this what i have got and i will share how to make it . Hope u all enjoy to learn new things just like what i do :))#mycookbook

This is a favorite in our household.Step 1: Since you'll be adding the eggs later, adjust the dashi soup to 250 ml, the soy sauce to 1-2 tablespoons, and the sugar to 1-2 tablespoons. You can also use water + 2 teaspoons of instant dashi granules for the dashi stock. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

This is so extremely easy to make a child could do it. In fact I've been making this since I was 8yrs old myself, granted it took a few attempts before perfecting it but in end I did and it's delicious.

This is a spicy Korean-style squid! So I seasoned with all-purpose Korean seasoning.This time, I used squid, so I used the "hana-kiri" style of cutting, but you can cut normally into slices.
