I needed a chicken salad recipe that contained ingredients that I had on hand readily. This recipe was the result.

Seen already made ones at sams club and it looked good, but i wanted more so i got some croissants and a thing of chicken salad to make it . I did this for a dinner on a store day , but i also wanted to roll into lunches. This worked out great i had some lettuce I needed to use up and this was perfect for that.
