3large ragon ruwa
Chilli, garlic and onion paste
Oil
Sliced onions
Spices
Seasonings
Capsicum

Steps

Wash fish and drain, in a pan, add oil, onions and fish, marinate with the chilli paste and cover to let it seat for an hour or more.

Turn on the heat and cook for 10-15 mins and serve warm.
