4 servings
  1. 3large ragon ruwa
  2. Chilli, garlic and onion paste
  3. Oil
  4. Sliced onions
  5. Spices
  6. Seasonings
  7. Capsicum

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fish and drain, in a pan, add oil, onions and fish, marinate with the chilli paste and cover to let it seat for an hour or more.

  2. 2

    Turn on the heat and cook for 10-15 mins and serve warm.
