Add 1 cup melted clarified butter, flour, salt, and sugar.

Rub the mixture well with your hands, then let it rest for 2 hours, or preferably overnight.

Gradually add orange blossom water to bring the dough together.

Mix until you get a cohesive dough, but do not knead.

Shape the dough into a log.

Sprinkle a little semolina mixed with clarified butter over the log.

Cut the log into diamond-shaped pieces.

Fry the pieces in hot oil over medium heat.

Once cooked, immediately dip them in honey.
