Did you use red lentills? Why is the soup in the picture than so green? I thought that you used green lentills, but the recipe said red lentills. I couldn’t be more surprised, i can tell you that! I made once red lentills and butternut soup but that was really orange/red! More red than orange. I’m not a vegetarian but i do like to eat vegetables in place of meat. I like meat but i don’t want or need to eat it every day. Please no. But you can give me vegetables all days of the week! I’m never tired of them. There’s so much variation in what you can do with them that you never get bored. But that’s my idea about it.

Great question (and good eye)! I didn’t like how my photos of the soup with red lentils turned out so I used a photo of my green one. I’ll edit/update the recipe to be more clear. Sorry for the confusion!
