To prepare danwake, I used already prepared garin danwake, mixed wt water to form thick and soft dough, boil ur water and star making ur danwake, allow it to cook for abt 10-20min. Sieve it using colander put a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Set aside.

For the souce. Heat ur pan with small oil, add ur ram meat, cook it till it bcom brown, season wt ur spices and stock cubes,add in ur chopped tattasai and tarugu, allow it to seamer for a minute add ur lawashin albasa allow it to seamer and then plate it. Garnish wt lawashin albasa. enjoy...
