Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpotatoes
  2. Oil for deep frying
  3. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel potatoes lengthwise to strips

  2. 2

    Heat oil until hot, drop the potatoes and fry until lightly golden brown

  3. 3

    Set the fries on kitchen towel to drain off excess oil

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with salt and garnish with tomatoes
