Ingredients

  • 300 gmgourd
  • 1/2 cuppoppy seeds paste
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • To tastesalt and turmeric powder
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the gourd

  2. 2

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    Now remove the gourd and add nigella seeds

  4. 4

    Add poppy seeds paste and mix salt and sugar

  5. 5

    Add gourd and mix well and switch off,it is ready
