First we knead a smooth dough,mix flour,salt and small oil,add water and knead

Now make masala in a pan add oil now add onion,potato,mix it,add masala and mix it well,cool it

Now take a roll rom dough,stuff this by masala,stick it's edges by water and flat it

Deep fry in hot oil.
