Steps

Boil the fish with salt till it becomes soft.Remove fishbones and set aside.

Boil the potatoes. Remove from water,mash and set aside.

Heat oil in a deep based frying pan.Put chopped onion, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and fry on a moderate flane till fully fried.

Put into the fried spice the boiled boneless fish,mashed potatoes, cashews, raisins, rosewater salt and sugar and stir the mixture thoroughly till it tightens.

Make small balls out of the mixture. Make a batter of salt,cornflour abd water.

Dip each ball into the cornflour batter.Roll into breadcrumbs.

Deep fry the balls in hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot.
