Cooking Instructions

Take cheese cube and grate it.

In a plate take bread slices and Spread butter on one side.

Now spread grated cheese on other side and sprinkle finely chopped chilli on it. (5-6 pieces) now keep second slice on it remember that butter side should be on top side.

Take another bread slice spread cheese now sprinkle chilli flakes and herbs on it. Keep second slice on it.

Heat griddle and set breads on it. Roast it on low flame till golden brown.

You can make toast in electric toaster also.

Serve it with tomato ketchup.
