Ingredients

  1. 1 cupblack chana
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onoins
  3. 1/4 cupchopped tomatoes
  4. 1 tbspgrated raw mango
  5. 1chopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 tbspginger paste
  7. 1/4 tbsphaldi powder
  8. 1/4 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 2 tbspdhaniya powder
  10. 1/2 tbspkitchen king masala
  11. 1/4 tbspcumin seeds
  12. 1/4 tbspgaram masala
  13. Pinchheeng
  14. 2tej patta
  15. 1 tbspfresh coriander
  16. 2 tbspcooking oil
  17. 1 glasswater
  18. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak kale chana for 6 to 7 hrs.

    Heat oil in pressure cooker. Crackle cumin seeds.Add tej patta and heeng.add chopped tomatoes and onions.Saute them.Add haldi, salt red chilli powder,dhaniya powder and grated raw mango.add water and give 10 whistles.

    When cools add garam masala and chopped coriander.If there is water in gravy just dry it and serve hot
