While pasta cooks, melt butter with red pepper flakes, then scramble the eggs in peppery butter. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, and your choice of hot sauce. Stir and set aside.

Drain pasta. Return to pot. Stir in sauce and contents of egg pan.

Garnish with green onion and plenty of cilantro.
