Ingredients

  1. 2pears (about 500 grams)
  2. 1pineapple (about 600 grams)
  3. 200 gramsrock sugar
  4. 75 gramsmaltose
  5. 2lemons
  6. 1 pinchosmanthus

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the pears and pineapple, squeeze the lemons for juice, and add to the fruit along with the rock sugar. Stir a bit and place in the refrigerator overnight.

    Take it out, add the maltose, and cook for about 40 minutes until thickened. Pour into jars and it's ready.
