Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida/all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tspajwain/ carom
  3. pinchsalt
  4. 1/2 tspoil
  5. as neededoil for frying
  6. as neededwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a bow add maida,oil,ajwain,salt and water as required. make a soft dough. Test of 15-30 minutes

  2. 2

    Now roll like big chapati on rolling pin and cut in square shape and pinch it in middle and give shape like a Bow.

  3. 3

    Take a kadhai add some oil for frying after gets heat add one by one bow papdi and fry till gets brown in colour.
