Cabbage Mutter Paneer

Cabbage is one vegetable that nobody in my home like much. So, making them eat the usual cabbage curry is always a tedious task for me. So I tried cooking it with their favourite Paneer And yeah, it was a superhit
Cooking Instructions

Cut the paneer to 1/2" pieces. Coat them with a tsp of oil and grill them for 8 minutes. Alternately you can deep fry or shallow fry them in oil. I prefer to grill it to keep it healthy.

Wash clean and chop the cabbage small. Heat the oil in a pan. Add jeera, when it splutters add haldi, hing, ginger paste and onions.

Add the mutter and cook it covered for 2 minutes. The mutter will start popping. Then add the cabbage and mix well.

Add garam masala powder, dhania powder, chilli powder and salt. Cook it closed for 10 minutes mixing in between.

Add the grilled paneer and and half cup water. Again cook it covered for 3-4 minutes until the paneer is cooked and absorbs all the aroma.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve 😋
