1/2 kgchole
2 tspginger garlic paste
To tasteSalt and red chilli powder
To tasteGaram masala
1 tspChana masala
2Onion
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
2Tomato

Steps

Chole over nyt soak with salt. boil in mrng.

Take a pan add oil on the flame.add ginger garlic paste and cook for half mint and add onion tomato paste and cook for 5 mint.

All dry spices mix in and cook 5 mint.then add boil chole.cook 15 mint and ready for serve.
