
I believe that food is medicine, as I'm rounding the corner to 60 (OMG!) I find that I have a lot of muscle pain. I was popping anti inflammatories but after doing some research I decided that wasn't the best idea. I've cut out refined sugar and make my own bread with organic flour and sprouted wheat flour. I've bumped up foods with anti inflammatory benefits and guess what? I've reduced my pain down to the odd twinge. I've made some other changes I won't bore you with.
