    Spinach Mushroom Soupy Ting

    chonky jalapeños • minced garlic • finely chopped green onion • fresh spinach (Before cooking I had cleaned and soaked it in water and made sure to squeeze the life out of it before adding so it wouldn’t bleed green everywhere) • chopped white mushrooms • water • oyster sauce • soy sauce • dabs sesame oil • sprinkle of sugar • cornstarch to water mixture • olive oil

    Egg Fried Rice

    cooked cooled down white rice (I used one of those single serving instant rice cups) • eggs • chopped green onions (yknow the real skinny ones? If that’s too much onion for you, use less) • minced garlic (if too much, use less) • salt • sprinkle of black pepper to taste • soy sauce, more or less. I eyeballed it tbh. A little goes a long way • dab of honey • or so of olive oil

    Slight Spice Egg and Tuna Rice Bowl

    or can of tuna (or any other single serving packaged protein like chicken or whatever. it can be flavored.. just use what’s around if you got it) • eggs • cooked rice (I used left over rice, you can also use instant rice. just whatever man like for real) • pepper (jalapeño, Serrano.. A spicy pepper. Add to taste) • Green or spring onion (add to taste) • Sriracha sauce (add to taste) • Soy sauce (Optional but recommended)
