    medium cauliflower • medium potato (optional, skip if you want very low carb) • jeera powder • turmeric powder • ginger grated • tomato puree or 2 medium tomatoes (diced) • peas • urud daal or chana daal (optional) • jeera for tampering the oil • dried red chilli(optional) • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish - optional) • garam masala •

      Quick chicken stew

      chicken. Small to medium piece • Paprika • garlic -grated • oil • cayenne pepper • ground black pepper • Salt • Parsley (dry/fresh) • Vegetable mix (diced). Potato, leek, carrot, celery, swede • Garnish of your choice (coriander leaf/chilli)

      cauliflower rice • oil • ghee (Clarified butter) - optional, for flavour • cinnamon stick • cloves • red chillie • cardamom • jeera • Green chilli finely chopped. I keep chilli frozen -last longer • bay leaves • Coriander leaves - fresh for garnish (again I keep it frozen) • Salt
