Repeated again, this time replaced vanilla with pandan essence. So good!
I had excess coconut milk from cooking curry so I skipped the frosting and halved the ingredients. Love the taste!

Used 2 ripe pears and an apple instead of the fruit salad. Used milk but it was pretty moist so I had to extend bake time by another 20 min
