    Kale • Fresh Tuna steak • rough chopped, unsalted cashews • Low sodium Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce- to taste • Fresh minced garlic • Sesame oil
    • Cherry Vanilla Almond Protein Smoothie

      ice cubes • frozen tart cherries • vanilla almond milk • almond extract • or 1 scoop vanilla whey protein • Agave nectar or Munk fruit to taste

    • Butterbeer (adult version) just like in the Harry Potter movie!

      butterscotch sauce or more to taste • Apple Cider • Burbon whiskey • Ginger beer or ginger soda if you can't find the beer • Whipped cream for garnish
      • 6 servings
    • Almond milk rice pudding

      rice- Jasmine or Basmati • Sugar- I use monk fruit sugar • Vanilla bean, seeded and scraped or you can use 1 tsp pure vanilla extract • Vanilla Almond milk, sweetened or unsweetened • of salt • cinnamon to taste
      • Healthy Coconut Whip Cream

        cans coconut milk • tablespoons of powder sugar or more to taste • vanilla extract
        • Slutty Brownies

          of fudge brownie mix • logs of Nestle Toll house cookie dough • of Oreo cookies
          • Apple Pie Protien Smoothie

            Mackintosh apples, cored, skin on • almond milk • scoop of vanilla, apple or plain whey protien • ground cinnamon • ground nutmeg, literally a DASH or you'll ruin the whole shake! • Monk fruit or any sweetner that is healthy to taste. I use inly natural Monk fruit found in the supermarket by the company *In the Raw* • Whole tray of ice. I use a whole tray and it comes out perfect thickness but you can use more or less.
            • Creamsicle Protein Smoothie

              Scoop- 100% Vanilla Whey Protein • Vanilla Almond Milk • Cold water • Navel orange • Monk Fruit sugar by In the Raw or Stevia • Ice cubes or more • Pure orange extract
