I love to cook, especially for others. I don't serve all of my experiments except to the brave and willing. But I'm a firm believer that food is the way to make someone happy. It certainly makes me happy whether I'm cooking or eating it.

On-The-Go Breakfast from Texas

Slices of bread (any kind, but I use Ancient Grains) • Egg White • A dash of butter or your favorite cooking oil (mine is coconut oil) • A dash of seasoned salt • A dash of ground pepper • Original flavor cream cheese • Sweet Baby Ray's original BBQ sauce (or whichever brand you prefer)

Cup of white rice (cooked) • Fresh cabbage (chopped) • Pack of Nasoya wonton wraps (use as many or as little as you want) • Coconut oil for frying • Little bowl of water for edges of wraps
