cooked brown basmati/ regular rice • tofu or paneer cubes • carrot • baby corns • cauliflower • capsicum diced into squares • finely chopped ginger • roughly chopped garlic • Green chilli sauce • red chilli paste or thecha • dried Italian herbs or Oregano • Paprika to sprinkle for smokiness (optional) •
