250gr bread flour 160ml warm water. 1tsp salt. 3tsp sugar. 5g instant yearst. 1/2tsp baking powder. 15gr salted butter.

Mix sugar and instant yeast and warm water together, cover and wait for 5mins

Then pour the flour, salt, baking powder to the mixed liquid. And mix them together.
Finally add butter and continue knead the dough. Till you see the dough smooth and non-sticky. Cover the dough and lets rest in 1 hour.
Divide the dough into the smaller ones - around 70gr/piece. Put all of them to the oven (no heat) to lets them rise the second time.Then we can bake them. 🥰
