@miecooks This looks really good but the ingredients like taro kimchi or long seaweed I can't find where I live, I'll think about replacing them with something else, the name of the dish amuses me 😋

I think any kimchi would be fine! And forget about seaweed (but if you have & like fermented beans called natto, that would be a good replacement!)

@miecooks I also don't see natto in Asian stores, they have red miso and dashi, okra sometimes so I'll wait to buy it to combine, but do you mean okra can be eaten raw or cooked?
