@Marie007 i think i tried similar dish with dried shrimp stir fried with corn kernels. Is the seasoning/taste similar? I have to Google translate this recipe first to know the seasoning but so far i saw fishsauce : ) on the list.

@para_pabulum This fried dried shrimp dish only uses fish sauce and sugar so it will have a sweet and salty taste (maybe the sweetness will be more prominent) I have fried a lot of onions and garlic so it will have the aroma of Asian rimmed shrimp, but it is small dried shrimp so we'll take the taste, they don't actually have much meat because the shrimp shells make up most of it 😁

@Marie007 haha 😆 Good niece of uncle Roger. Thanks so much i think i can imagine how the dish supposed to taste. Ahhhh the aroma of dried shrimp 🦐 and its umami salty , the fish sauce caramel.... Cant sleep now have to shop online for dried shrimp
