Thank you, Minh! I am looking for a recipe to make A Vietnamese hot pot from bouillion in a heated fondue pot , by dipping in bean sprouts, strips of chicken, tuna, shrimp, vegetables, and wontons. What name would you have used for such a recipe, if you have posted it?
