I saw a quick recipe for coffee ice cream on the internet and changed it a bit to suit my taste. Was a huge hit.

This is just a regular plain salad with a slight twist ... Sesame dates .I don't really like onions in this particular salad as I feel it tends to defeat the taste of the dates , buts it's optional.I never had Fetta cheese so I used what I had which was Gouda but it turned out to be a great and tasty substitute 👌

Tried out something different 1 of the weekends and came out 👌and did some experimenting with the lovely big strawberries we had🍓for the cake topper.The cake recipe makes 2 layers, you can either make a double mousse cake layer or decorate the other layer as desired. #Sweettooth
