I love using my rice cooker for making a one bowl mashed potatoes. All the flavors blend together beautifully leaving me able to finish the rest of the meal. If you want to serve this with children in the house, just omit the wine. You'll still enjoy this wonderful mash.

It's Thanksgiving, so I figured I would share my favorite #vegan version of homemade mashed potatoes and gravy. It's simple to make and delicious comfort food. I will add photos when I make it later today :)I apologize that the quantities are very non-specific. This recipe is based on my mom's recipe, where you "just know" how much is enough. Everything is tailored to your liking--whether you like thick gravy or thin, lumpy potatoes or creamy, there is no way to go wrong here!
