બાસમતી ચોખા ને ધોઈ ને ૧ કલાક માટે પલાળી દેવા, ડુંગળી અને કેપ્સીકમ ને બારીક સમારી લેવા

હવે કુકરમાં, ઘી નાખી, જીરુ અને હીંગ
નાખી,તજ,લવીંગ,તમાલપત્ર,આદુ મરચાની પેસ્ટ અને ડુંગળી નાખી સાતળવી, ત્યારબાદ તેમા કોર્ન, કેપ્સીકમ અને પાલકની પ્યુરી નાખવી, મીઠું, ગરમ મસાલો નાખી પલાળેલા ચોખા નાખવા જરુંર મુજબ પાણી નાખી બરાબર મીક્સ કરી ૩ વ્હીસલ કરવી
