Bola keju / Cheese balls

Sebenarnya bikin ini gara-gara salah beli keju. Saya beli keju Old Brugge yang bau nya asem banget. Daripada ngga habis dimakan jadilah dibikin bola-bola keju aja. Kalau mau coba bisa pakai keju apa saja sesuai selera.
Actually I made this because I bought Old Brugge cheese, turns out that I don’t like the smell of it. Therefore I cooked it into these cheese balls to ‘hide’ the smell but still get it’s flavour.
You can use whatever cheese you like.

Cara Membuat

Panaskan oven 175 C. Alasi nampan kue dengan kertas roti. Oles dengan sedikit minyak

Tuang susu, minyak, dan garam kedalam panci kecil. Masak dengan api sedang hingga mendidih. Matikan api begitu susu menggelembung

Masukkan tepung tapioka dan aduk dengan sendok kayu hingga rata. Tuang adonan kedalam mixer. Aduk adonan dengan kecepatan medium. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil diaduk hingga adonan menjadi halus dan lengket. Kemudian tambahkan keju parut, aduk rata

Sendok adonan menggunakan sendok es krim, tambahkan mozzarella di tengah adonan lalu bentuk bulat. Tata diatas nampan, beri jarak beberapa senti diantara bola keju

Panggang selama 15 menit lalu putar nampan dari depan ke belakang. Panggang lagi selama 15 menit sampai bola-bola keju mengembang dan bagian bawahnya berwarna kecokelatan

Preheat the oven 175 C. Lay the parchment paper on the baking tray, rub with a little bit of oil

Place the milk, oil, and salt in a medium sauce pan and bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat once you see big bubbles coming through the milk

Add tapioca flour and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Transfer dough to the bowl of a mixer. Beat the dough for a few minutes on medium speed. Add eggs one by one while mixing the dough. Mix the dough until it is smooth and forms a very sticky dough

Scoop the dough with ice cream spoon, add mozzarella in the middle of dough. Line on the tray, spacing them few centimeters apart

Bake for 15 minutes then rotate the baking tray from front to back and bake for another 15 minutes until the balls have puffed and turn golden brown in the bottom
