ice (about 600–700 grams) • freshly squeezed lemon juice (200 ml) • tequila (200 ml) • orange liqueur, such as Cointreau or similar (30 ml) • agave syrup • sugar, optional and can use less (about 100 grams) • egg white • lime • Salt, to taste

mango pulp (about 120 grams) • Juice of 2 lemons • tequila (20 ml) • sugar • Ice • Salt

mangos (not overly ripe) • cooked shrimp or prawns • Tender lettuce • Thousand Island dressing (or cocktail sauce)
