  • 25 gramsbutter
  • 60 gramschopped almonds
  • 2TBP olive oil
  • 280 gramspitted dates

    Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

  2. 2

    Place pitted dates and chopped almonds in skillet over the butter and oil.

  3. 3

    Keep stirring with a wooden spoon till the smell of the dates and toasted almonds is nice.
