
Salad with shrimps, avocados and pineapple

Put frozen shrimps in a bowl, salt generously, add pepper. Cook in mictowave until shrimps turn pink about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cut avocados and onions, mix it in a bowl, add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Toss to mix it well.

Slice tomatoes and pineapples, add to avocados.

When shrimps are ready, peel them off, mix with vegetables. Stir in sour cream and add more salt and pepper to taste.
