  • 2large onions
  • Oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and shred kales leave them to dry for like 30mins

  2. 2

    Sautee onion add salt

  3. 3

    Add the kales bit by bit as you mix

  4. 4

    Keep turning for 5mins

  5. 5

    Ready
