Steps

Activate the yeast by adding it to warm water

Mix all the ingredients except the butter and make a soft dough

Rub in the butter to the dough and continue kneading it

Cover and proof for about 30 minutes

Uncover and knead again for about 15 minutes

Cover and refrigerate it overnight. It will still rise though it’s refrigerated

Bring it out from the fridge and mould or cut using a doughnut cutter
- 8
Allow it to proof again before frying
