In a bowl take all ingredients except bread crumbs and oil then mix it well and form a dough of it.

Now take out pieces from it and shape them as per your choice.

Then coat them up with bread crumbs.

Now heat a pan, drizzle some oil on it, put your cutlets on it and cook it well.
