Ingredients

15-20 minutes
2-3 servings
  • 1/2 cupRajma (soak overnight, boil and mash)
  • 1-2Potato (medium sized, boiled and grated)
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonFenugreek powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonFennel seeds powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  • 1/2 cupBreard crumbs
  • as requiredOil

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl take all ingredients except bread crumbs and oil then mix it well and form a dough of it.

    Now take out pieces from it and shape them as per your choice.

    Then coat them up with bread crumbs.

    Now heat a pan, drizzle some oil on it, put your cutlets on it and cook it well.
