Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 3 cubeknorr seasonings
  • Pinchsalt
  • Palm oil
  • Grinded scotch bonnet and onion

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, add flour and mix with water gradually until you get a runny batter

  2. 2

    Add seasonings

  3. 3

    Add grinded scotch bonnet and onion and mix truly

  4. 4

    Bring pan to heat, add 1tbs of palm oil, when hot add the batter

  5. 5

    Flip to other side until tender

  6. 6

    Serve with cayanne pepper
