Take bowl for making dough now add atta, maida, salt,oil and make dough like paratha keep aside now in a bowl add boiled potatoes and mash it,add green chillies, salt, corn flour and mix well then divide into equal portions, make balls cylindrical shape and shallow fry on non stick tava keep aside.Now in a pan heat oil add harimirch, adarak lahsun paste stir it add cabbage carrot and capsicum and add salt mix it well.

Now take balls of atta and make roti and half cook on tava then transfer to plate apply green chutney, schezwan sauce put stir fried veg then put potato tikki add cheese and roll it and again cook on tava with butter.Transfer to plate and serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
