  1. 4smoked pork chops
  2. 4eggs
  3. 2large tomatoes
  4. 1/2chopped onion
  5. 2-3serrano chiles
  6. 1little salt
  7. Fried tomato sauce
  8. Oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the onion and chiles, and fry them. When they become transparent, add the chopped tomato and the fried tomato sauce.

  2. 2

    Let it simmer for a few minutes and add 1 cup of water.

  3. 3

    Brown the pork chops and place them in the sauce.

  4. 4

    Taste for salt.
