This stunning beauty is a beautiful marriage of Tomatoes and Walnuts. It's a simple and easy to do dish with the use of healthy Walnuts. It's a beautiful amalgamation of flavours and colours. A perfect choice or an accompaniment at mealtimes and an aromatic and an irresistible pack it up dish in Lunchboxes or Tiffin box. The best part about this is that it can be enjoyed with Phulkas, Chapatis and Rice. It's a yummy side to grilled meat too.
Not only as a side, it also can be used as a yummy condiment or a dip alongside Chips, Nachos and spread for Tacos, Wraps, Rolls, Sandwiches and Frankies. It's a great option and has multiple uses. With simple boiled Rice, it tastes so good and satiating. Delicious and flavourful Chutney at your disposal in no time at all.

Steps
- 1
Prepare the walnut paste either in a grinder jar or using a mortar and pestle. Grind to a coarse paste. Set aside.
- 2
Wash and chop tomatoes. Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds, dry red chillies and thinly cut garlic. Also add curry leaves.
- 3
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy. Also add kashmiri red chilli, cumin, coriander, turmeric powders and salt. Mix well and cook it covered.
- 4
Do not add water. After almost done and oil starts leaving the sides of the pan, add the coarsely ground walnut paste. Mix and let it cook for about 2 more minutes. Adjust salt and that's all.
- 5
Serve it piping hot alongside simple boiled or steamed rice. Rotis or any bread also tastes equally awesome. Enjoy!
