Sift Flour, cocoa powder baking soda and salt.

Put soften butter, caster and brown shugar in a bowl.

Beat it on medium speed by adding eggs 1 at a time. Also add vanilla extract.

Add half flour mixture and half milk at once beat on low to just combined. Then repeat the procedure add remaining flour and milk then mix with spatula by cut & fold method.

Pour the batter in two greased and lined tins in equal quantity. Bake it at 180° for 25 to 30 min or till done.

Chopped the chocolate put it on double boiler add butter melt it add sour cream in it mix and placed in fridge to set.

Cut the cake into half then spread ganache on the it put the other layer of cake repeat it again.

Cover all the cake with chocolate ganache. Refrigerate it fo 30 min then cut and enjoy.
