Heat milk add sugar and rice and let it boil....

Add saffron and cardamom let it cook for half hour.... in a separate plate add 3/4 cup coconut and food coloring....

Mix it well with hands.... blend kheer...

In a serving dish add kheer when it's cold..... sprinkle colored and white coconut according to Y our theme...
