Cooking Instructions

Melt the butter and water on low heat until the butter complete melts.

Add flour to the mixture and stir until everything is mix (DO NOT OVER-STIR), turn off the heat.

Heat up oil on low heat.

Add one egg at a time, mix until you can’t see any remnants of the eggs.

Shape the mixture into desired shapes.

Put the shaped mixture into the pan when the oil is heated, flip when one side is golden colour.

Take out the doughnut when both sides are golden yellow.
- 8
Roll them on the sugar.
