Cut the paneer pieces into thin small slices. Take two slices and spread green chutney on one slice and cover with another like sandwich. Repeat the same process for remaining slices.

In a bowl mix corn flower with 2-3 tsp water and pinch of salt. Make a smooth semi thick batter. Now dip the paneer sandwiches into corn flour batter and shallow fry. Keep them aside. Now add onion, ginger, garlic and tomato ketchup in a mixer container and blend into thick paste.

Heat another pan. Add oil. Add jeera, bay leaf, red chilli, cardamom, cinnamon stick, clove and saute for few seconds. Now add the onion-garlic-ginger-ketchup paste and saute for few seconds. Add turmeric powder, jeera powder, salt, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, sugar and saute until oil is separated. Add kasuri methi, green chillies. Now add milk, keep on low to medium flame until oil is separated. Add water if required. Once the gravy is prepared, switch off the flame.

In a serving bowl, keep paneer sandwiches, pour gravy on it., garnish with kasuri methi and cream.
