Wash and remove all fatty rashes from the fish. Cut the meat in fillet style of 2 inch wide and 4 inch long pieces.

Take a container, put fish, masala, Hai.P, The.P, oil, Worcestershire sauce, Ginger garlic paste in it and mix well. Keep the marination for minimum 12 hours and maximum upto 36 hours.

Cook the fish on pre- heated grill pan in medium flames until the meat is fully cooked. Serve hot with green sauces.
